I’ve just imported the Final IK package from this page: https://slate.paradoxnotion.com/downloads/

It gives me compiler errors, unable to resolve some classes, such as TransformRefPosition and TransformRefPositionRotation. Are those Slate classes, or Final IK classes? Because they don’t exist in my project. I’m inferring that I can replace these with PositionParameter and TransformationParameter respectively? But I’d like to confirm, and understand why that package seems to be looking for classes not found in my version of Slate.

    Hello,

Hmm. Which Slate version are you using? Those are indeed Slate classes and do exist in the Slate package, unless you are using an old version. Those used to be PositionParameters and TransformParameter respectively a couple of versions back, but the name has since changed in recent Slate versions.

    Let me know.

Ah, sorry. That’s my fault. I forgot I’m still using Slate 1.91, and that I’m not on the latest version, due to the behavior I described in this thread: https://slate.paradoxnotion.com/forums/topic/movement-via-animation-clip-interacts-badly-with-set-parent/

I’ll have to remember that moving forward, though I expect I can possibly get on the latest version now, since I’m revamping a bunch of my cutscenes, and might not be affected by the issue I raised in that thread anymore. Sorry for the false alarm.
