The camera component is disabled on purpose here, since the settings of the camera are not used even if changed.
That is because all cutscenes are rendered from within a single camera, that being the “Render Camera” found under the “Director Camera Root” gameobject.
If you want to change the culling mask for the whole cutscene you can change the culling mask in the Render Camera.
Changing the culling mask “per shot” is not possible (at least right now).
