Problem after re-importing Slate

    Hello, I’ve recently wanted to update Slate in my project. I deleted the installation folder and re-imported Slate from Package Manager, after that I got 2 compilation errors (attached image) and it doesn’t work. Before doing that, Slate worked as intended. Please help!

    I’m using Unity HDRP 2021.2.8f1 if it’s of any use.

    Hello and sorry for the late reply.

    Please open up your Unity Player Settings and under the “Player” tab and “Scripting Define Symbols”, please remove all the “SLATE_USING_…” text.

    The only thing I’m struggling with is the Focal Distance parameter. I’m using HDRP and I turned on HDRP define in the Slate settings. When I’m trying to change the Focal Distance in the Camera Shot nothing happens.

    Other options like Focal Length or Apparature work as intended.

    I have set up volume component with the depth of field and I’ve tried other settings like switching Focus Distance Mode from Camera to Volume but it didn’t help.

    The only way that I can change the Focus distance is in the Render Camera itself.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late reply. The last time I checked the HDRP, the focal distance did not work correctly in HDRP. What Unity version are you using please?

    Unity version is 2021.2.8f1 and HDRP version is 12.1.3

    If it’s not working now, is it possible in any way to change focal distance with Animate Properties component? I tried it but it had no effect.
